No large entrance fee is required. A security deposit equal to one month’s service fee on the apartment-home selected is payable upon move-in. It will be deposited into an escrow account and is refundable to the resident, or his or her estate, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Residence Agreement.
The monthly service fee is payable by the fifth day of each month. Fees vary according to the size of floor plan that is selected.
