We believe retirement life should be affordable. For that reason, we don’t charge any entrance fees. You pay a monthly rent that includes among other things the meals, utilities (except telephone) and weekly housekeeping. Prior to entry a security deposit of one month’s rent is required, which is held in escrow and is refundable.
